Ms. Sorbi's

Emily Sorbi, licensed Professional School Counselor, is responsible for providing individual and educational counseling to her students, faculty, and staff.  Ms. Sorbi started her career out as a Therapist and Educational Liaison for Center for Discovery, where she counseled children ages 8-18 who struggle with eating disorders.  Ms. Sorbi returned to the independent school systems and has worked as a Professional School Counselor for the last ten years.  Ms. Sorbi earned her B.A. from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and her M.S. from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. 
 
Her interests include hiking, reading, beekeeping, traveling, and spending time with her family & one fur baby (Fritz).  A fun fact about Ms. Sorbi is that she has traveled to 6 of our 7 continents and studied abroad in London, England as well as Brisbane, Australia.
